| Description | Rationality as a Standard and as an Equitable Principle of Civil Law: The article deals with a term „rationality“, which frequently appears in the new Civil Code. The author approaches the term from various points of view. He argues that the word is indefinite an will have to be defined by jurisdiction. The Code means, under reasonableness: 1) the standard of persons behavior, 2) the principle of equity. |
