| Description | The contribution is focused on the issue of “Europeanization” of criminal law that occupies a position of not yet fully recognized branch of “European criminal law”. Following the logical sequence, the contribution deals with the concept of Europeanization, then discusses the process of Europeanization and its foundations, as well as related obstacles. The second part of the contribution is devoted to the specific area, where the Europeanization of criminal law operates, namely the harmonization of offences against the financial interests of the EU. |
