Description Libraries same as other public organizations play a fundamental role in how they provide services and organize their activities to the users and to themselves. Reflections on collaborative and cooperative systems are as legitimate in the context of the entire ecosystem of these organizations. First, to users, and secondly towards his own management. In this article, we describe the difference between the issue of collaboration and cooperation, and show the possibilities of electronic systems that support such activity. Attention will also focus on the issue of technology assessment, ie assessing the impact of technology from the perspective of anthropological, ethical, and more.
