Description Regulations Brussels I and Brussels II bis are the EU legislative measures most frequently used before the Czech courts. The final part of the analysis focuses on the areas of jurisprudence with most frequent problems of EU law application: the scope of the application of the regulation Brussels I, autonomous interpretation (civil and commercial cases, property), the hierarchy of jurisdiction clauses, special jurisdiction under the Article 5, unknown residence (in commercial and other cases) and family matters.
