Citation
Description The author of this article deals in his dissertation with the issue of freedom of information and institutions of the European Union. The author chose to use from the methodology point of view in his dissertation following methodology: logics, exact method, historical, sociological, system theory and comparative approach. From logics point of view he is trying to apply fuzzy logics that is not in the Czech legal theory so common and he is trying to use it in comparison pros and cons of freedom of information EU and Czech legislation. Is the fuzzy logics approach useful in this type of research? Is it suitable for questions of de lege ferenda of these legislations? Or is this approach easy to use in wrong way or misuse by false interpretation of input information (respectively by different explanation or evaluation)?
