Citation
Description The book is a scientific study, whose objective is to extend the possibilities of modern management in the effective management of people. The departing point for the whole book is monitoring human beings in the evolutionary process. The first part of the book is based on the premise that knowledge of management is known and hidden in the historic social memory of humanity. The method of obtaining information from this source consists in verifying a hypothesis about the possibility to transfer critically evaluated knowledge of management practice from different historical eras to the modern management practice. The second part of the book deals with analyzing the behavior of human beings. The author first examines the determinants of human behavior and ensuing human strategies of target behavior. Furthermore, the author tries to build a basis for the theory of human society organization. In the third part of the book the author returns to the basic question of the possibility to generally model the evolutionary process. The author departs from the hypothesis of outer space, as an abstraction, formed by information, and tries to explain the origin of the universe in the organization of empty structures with this information. The book ends with a summary in the form of a discussion. The author focuses there on finding solutions to the ongoing crisis of the modern society; he sees the origins of the crisis in abandoning the moral order and destroying the importance of interpersonal relationships. The author literally calls for the re-birth of natural human relationships in primary human communities, strengthening both individual and institutional accountability, and strengthening the belief in positive visions.
