Description Silicite ("flint") axe found in the Prácheňské museum in Písek has not unfortunately reliable localization. The axe is made of unusual raw material - spotted chert from the Ortenburg Jurassic in Bavaria. It would be the second axe made of Bavarian chert found in Bohemia.
