Description The Whitsun perambulation of little queens is the custom of singing and dancing originating in the pre-Christian period which was integrated into the church year with the advent of Christianity. Králenské celebrations are documented at many Slavic and German nations. The most reports from our territory originate in Brněnsko, Haná, Tišnovsko, Velkobítešsko, and also Horácko - Jihlavsko, Telčsko, Dačicko and Velkomeziříčsko regions. Lucie Bakešová (1853-1935) discovered this custom in the Velkobítešsko region at the end of the 19th century, then Františka Kyselková (1865-1951) at the beginning of the 20th century or even later Hynek Bím (1874-1958). The custom was successfully revitalized at the beginning of 21st century thanks to the cooperation with the etnochoreologist and collector of folks songs Zdenka Jelínková (1920-2005). The Witsun perambulation of little queens was being performed between 2003 and 2010 in Jestřabí u Velké Bíteše, and since 2011 has been performed in Březské by the ethnographic groud Bítešan from Velká Bíteš under the supervision od Silva Smutná.
