| Description | This paper deals with Pascal’s first serious mathematical work Essay on Conic Sections. In this brief work he presented an important result of projective geometry that became known as the Pascal’s theorem or the Mystic hexagon theorem. Blaise Pascal discovered this proposition in 1639 when he was only sixteen and published it the next year. |
