Description In this article we focus on school leaders as key actors of the implementation of innovations and development in schools, specifically actors of the implementation of the concept of inclusion in the life of schools. On a case study of a basic school we show what role inclusion plays within the vision of leaders and the whole school, how school leaders support the share and fruition of ideas about inclusive education and what impact school leaders’ ideas about inclusive education have on the processes of planning in schools.
