| Description | This paper deals with the time limits and periods in the field of the industrial-law protection. The author on the basis of the doc-trinal distinction between substantive and procedural time-limits concludes that in the case of substantive limits the Civil Code will apply (§ 605 et seq. New Czech Civil Code). However, when the law uses procedural time-limits, the rules of the admin-istration procedure are to be applied (§ 40 of the Administrative Code). |
