| Description | The main aim of this article is to present documents which are deposited in the research room of the Congregation of Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo in Praha III and Praha-Řepy as well as the forms of their archival processing. This article deals with the definition of the scale of deposited archival material, its classification and its rules of archival care which were established by the Sisters of Mercy of St. Borromeo. Described here are the conditions and activities of the research room. Here are introduced difficulties with inventorying of archives and with the lack of qualified people in general. In this article the archival material is divided into two main groups. These were originated from real and historical activities of the congregation. In the introduction of the article there is a brief summary of the congregation and the circumstances which influenced moving of the archival material as well as the condition of its existence. |
