| Description | The diversions in criminal procedure are the exposure of restorative justice. They highlight settling of the conflict between accused and damaged. Accused has to approve further application of specific type of diversion which leads to different procedure than in main proceedings. Each diversion asks for different kind of approval form the side of accused. The aim of this contribution is to offer the analysis of the positon of accused in each single diversion while comparing his participation in criminal procedure. |
