| Description | The publication deals with the pharmaceutical law area. Paper focuses in principal on thorough analysis of problematic sectors of the pharmaceuticals and medical devices regulation from the point of view of legislation, interpretation and application of the law. In most cases of such identified problems, the author brings their solution in form of an amendment of applicable law or argues against alternative proposals currently discussed in scientific papers. The author tried to create a compendium which might become a cornerstone for scientific research and pedagogic work on a field of pharmaceutical law. |
