Description | The author of the present reflection deals with the two topoi of modern Slovak prose. On the one hand, there is a type of the genre group of memoirs and publicistics/journalism, genre minimalism, and a dispersed, blurred, defocused palimpsest going from the Apollonian model towards the Dionysian stylization (Ladislav Ťažký), on the other a type of the anti-ideological confessional prose based on the genre of the dash-and-dot diary (Rudolf Sloboda), both at the Czech background of the sceptical artistic jeer at both the past and the present (Vladimír Macura). |
