| Description | Domestic violence represents possibly unrecoverable causes or very serious and usually harmful consequences, They are difficult to remove. Therefore here have to be applied more rather than later, the rules anywhere, that the society would prefer either, the avoiding committing violence, it has to severely punish and expend substantial funds to eliminate its consequences indeed. The paper discusses the socio- pathological phenomenon - domestic violence in the context of the current rules of civil and criminal law in relation to psychosocial care for victims . The paper addresses the problem of protecting victims from an integrated perspective and seeks to answer Goals National Action Plan for the prevention of domestic violence for the years 2010-2014 in the area of common legislation. |
