| Description | The monograph formulates a solution model of legal regulations concerning evidence in pre-trial proceedings and actions of the policy body before initiation thereof. The model was created on the basis of a critical analysis of theoretical grounds of legal regulations in the Czech Republic and on the basis of their reflection in the application practice, taking account of selected foreign legal regulations. |
