| Description | The paper deals with the influence of psychological stress during the match on subjective experiences and states of personality of football referees. Psychological experiences were evaluated using a standardized questionnaire SUPSO and temperament test. Psychological state of referees before the match significantly affects the mental condition immediately after the game. In order for the judges to better manage their mental state, it is possible to use regulatory means to contribute to the improvement of its performance. |
