It is already known that the bills will not be enacted this year, as the Board of Deputies was dissolved. The purpose of this article is to present the project given constitutional law, introduced mechanisms for limiting growth of public debt, and consider whether the constitutional law has a chance for it to be adopted and implemented after the elections. |
