Description Obesity is a multifactorial metabolic disorder characterized by the multiplication of body fat. It is the result of the interaction of genetic predisposition with environmental factors. The most common cause of obesity in children is a change in diet both qualitative and quantitative page, lifestyle changes and energy expenditure. The environment in which most children growing up is called obezitogenic.So far there are no recommendations for follow-up and treatment of children with small for gestational age. Manifestation saving phenotype is particularly fundamentally affected by the change in the postnatal environment and its exposure. So far, clear, practical usable marker for future cardiovascular diseases due to adverse effects and perinatal factors, thus not yet exist.
