| Description | The contribution deals with similarities in legal system of Czechoslovakia in the period after the Munich agreement (so-called “Second Republic”) and the fascist Italian Kingdom. Enabling acts, destruction of oppositional political parties, changes in the constitutional systems and the construction of non-democratic state are mentioned in my article. The contribution proved that the local form of fascism had been built in Czechoslovakia. On the other hand only several months of the Second Republic thwarted attainment of this target. |
