| Description | Reactive and protective measures are one of the main instruments, which make possible to respond to security incidents according to Act no. 181/2014 Coll., on cyber security. The Act allows that these measures can be issued in the legal form of a measure of general nature. The paper deals with the appropriateness of the use of this form of administrative activities (hybrid administrative act) for these measures, in consequences to protection of public subjective rights, which are affected by such measures. |
