Description Chronical nonspecified pains in back area appear to be a serious health problem. Reason could be sedentative life style which lead to muscle disbalancies, obesity and hypokinesis. Twenty tested persons underwent speicific intervention Program Think for the pain disapearing. After finishing program there is evidence of improvement in all measured muscles. But 11 from 19 muscle tests confirmed significant positive difference. The pain level decreased at 21 percent (the highest value). Thai passive stretching as an interesting method brings also psychological relax and influence on muscle tuning caused by deeper breathing.
