| Description | New information about diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of chronic heart failure 2015 are summarized. In the diagnostic part the role of natriuretic pep-tides according to ESC guidelines are given. The new cut of values for acute and chronic heart failure. In the pharmacological treated the so called neprilysin in combination with valsartan has shown a very promising data in the PARADIGM study and it is supposed, this drug to be registered in 2016 in EU region. On the opposite te combination of ARB and ACE inhibitor sis not recommended, but the combi-nation of one of these two groups with a mineral corticoid receptor blocker is strongly recommended in NYHA II-IV phase patiens. |
