Description Repeatedly approved tests not only for definition of level of proficiency in Russian as nonnative or one of native for bilingv, but also on level of proficiency in another (for example, German) language, in contexts of the corresponding cultures. In the tests broken on age groups (with 3 to 14t years) specifics of the general development of the child of this age and feature of attitude of bilinguals with this ethnocultural and language combination are considered. Each test is created for concrete age, its subjects and problems. Other language and culture of the tested is surely considered. Rasters of estimation allow mathematically exact calculation of results. On supervision of experts, the balanced, sure possession of each of the child's languages within the corresponding culture testifies to the high integration potential of the child, his success in present and adulthood. The publication is prepared with assistance of the Yelabuga institute KFU (Russian Federation) and the International Methodical Council for Questions of Multilingualism and Cross-cultural Communication.
