| Description | This article follows the development of one of the church's hospitals in the Czech Republic, The Sisters of Mercy of St. Charles Borromeo Hospital. The Hospital is an example of progress of maintaining of the traditions that represents the concept of nursing in the hands of Sisters. The archival materials preserved in the archive of Congregation of Sisters of Mercy of St. Charles Borromeo allow demonstrate the gradual penetration of technology in medical areas. The aim of this article is to explain the history of the hospital and its current situation and to highlight the attitude and training of medical personnel. |
