| Description | The contribution deals with non-pecuniary damages on health and changes related to the new Civil Code and ABGB. Non-pecuniary damage on health belongs to the one of the most significant and controversial change because of canceling former regulation 440/2001. The focus lays on new methodology made by the Supreme court of Czech republic. The contribution also anlyse some decisions of austrian and czech courts. |
