Description In this paper, different aspects and experiences from objectoriented programming courses that are taught in three institutions from three different European countries are presented and compared. The emphasis is given on courses' syllabus, organization and methodology of teaching and ways and methods of evaluation of students' knowledge and programming skills. Aspects of technology enhanced learning and accompanying tools and services within these courses are briefly presented and summarized. In the last part of the paper the similarities and differences in delivering the programming courses in these three institutions are discussed.
