| Description | The Article is aimed on the description, evaluation and comparison of legislation of house arrest in Czech Republic and England. Within the first part, the attention is focused on different options of application, conditions of assignment and transformation of this punishment and issues related to electronic monitoring in Czech legislation. Second part is based on Criminal Justice Act and is focused on conditions of curfew requirement application in England. It closely deals with application of curfew requirement in connection with community orders, suspended sentence of imprisonment and home detention curfew. |
