| Description | The article continues the author's diploma thesis, in which the author deals with general issues of a procedural contracts. The term of evidentiary agreement is generic name for all contracts which should modify the process of proving and the burden of evidence. The purpose of this article is to introduce an institute of the evidentiary agreement and point out to some issues, which are connected with this topic. |
