| Description | The paper deals with the publication of scientific results and the management of copyright and related rights. It analyzes specific difficulties of some procedures in cases where the appropriate attention is not given. The proposed way of licensing and distribution of created materials reflects current trends which are preferred on European level. The starting point and also the overall paradigm is Open Access regime, an approach based on maximum output release of scientific data and materials. Specific attention is paid (with respect to the nature of the analyzed works - the research results) to databases. |
