| Description | The article deals with the issue of nullity and invalidity of legal act. There is compared theoretical concept of nullity with statutory regulation in the New Civil Code. The main attention is focused on null and void contract of residential lease. Other topic being discussed in this article concern the issue of usury in the connection with contract of residential lease. |
