| Description | There are already fifteen years of the Czech legal Act no. 106/1999 Coll., On free access to information which has been amended several times with regard to the technological development of society and with respect to new binding international and EU legislation such as the Czech Republic primarily ratification Aarhus Convention and the EU Directive INSPIRE and PSI. On the contrary, EU law for the last 15 years has not been amended. The article deals with the comparison of these two laws. |
