| Description | In our projekt, we addressed the issue of education of fencing coaches in the Czech Republic. Fencing is one of the so-called "Small sports" in Czech Republic. It follows a series of problems related mainly to personnel and financial problems around the Czech Fencing Federation (CFF). With these issues closely related to the education of coaches. Czech's fencing federation, over time, almost completely resigned to the education of coaches and leaves this activity only on the coaches themselves. This decreases the level of not only coaches, but in relation to the results of competitors. Clearly not the competence of the responsible persons, lack of an overall concept and promotion. Based on the pilot questionnaire survey in the Czech Republic we have identified fundamental weaknesses in terms of trainers themselves. Using the comparison and deduction, conversations with the coaches in the Czech Republic and abroad, we put together a plan for educating coaches applicable in czech conditions, which we intend to present leading officials of CFF to be implemented into existing structure of coaches education. |
