Description The anti - discrimination law does not pay to the phenomenon of multiple discrimination as much attention as it should, despite the fact that it is a current and topical issue. Person as a bearer of several characteristics is in fact often discriminated not only on the grounds of his/her sex, or race, but often on the combination of these grounds. Sterilization of Roma women in Czechoslovakia and after separation in both republics, is an example on which multiple discrimination can be demonstrated particularly discrimination on grounds of gender and ethnicity as a violation of human rights
