| Description | The paper deals with the issue of disciplinary liability of civil servants according to the Act no. 234/2014 Coll., on the civil service, which came into force on the 1st of January 2015. The aim of the paper is to introduce the relatively new institute of disciplinary liability of civil servants, in terms of its substantial and procedural aspects. Apart from the description of the institute of disciplinary liability of civil servants itself, the author compares its conception with disciplinary liability of local government clerks as well as with the legislation effective in selected neighboring countries and evaluates the discovered nuances. |
