| Description | The chapter is devoted to the development of evidence in civil and criminal proceedings since 1848. It is described what may serve as evidence and it tries to provide a complete list with addition that such a list is usually not closed and evidence may have different form, than that offered by legal standards. The chapter also presents various criteria by with evidence can be divided and sorted into the system. It also presents the basic principles that the process of evidence before the court accompany it. |
