| Description | This article deals with one of the possible forms of investment financing and operation of local Self-Government units through the issuance of municipal bonds. A general characteristic of types of bonds is part of the analysis of this article, so municipal bonds could be properly systematically classified and their position in the legal system will be defined. The key legal basis for municipal bonds is Europe charter of local Self-Government which has brought municipal bonds as a funding of local Self-Government to many European legal systems. |
