| Description | The paper deals with the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights relating to cohabitation in connection with various legal institutes. It is aimed at decisions of the ECHR linked to clarification of the cohabitation’s borderline within the ancient legal institution of marriage or within institutionalized forms of relationships of same-sex couples especially in connection with Art. 8 and 14 of the Convention. The paper also discusses a question of children who were born out of wedlock and many other aspects of cohabitation. |
