| Description | The article, in connection with the amendment of the Road Traffic Act, deals with the issue of determining which local and temporary traffic regulation is a measure of general nature, or in which cases of local and temporary traffic regulation should the measure of general nature be applied. Attention is also paid to the procedure for issuance of these measures of general nature. The article also deals with specific measure of general nature, which establishes a temporary prohibition of standing or stopping of motor vehicles. |
