| Description | The execution proceedings faced dynamic changes in last three years. The area with per-manent modifications is also the obligated person’s spouse status. The effective law of exe-cution arises especially from social demand for wider obligated person’s spouse protection. This article critically deals with law development, changes made and notices issues. |
