| Description | This paper deals with the issue of lack of the evidence in corruption cases. After the definition of this phenomenon I briefly mention general requirements on the concept of the struggle against corruption and I also mention specific instruments and measures adopted in Czech Republic. Then I finally focus on specific instruments used to motivate subjects participating in corruption cases to inform law enforcement authorities because this kind of cases usually suffers for the lack of evidence. |
