Description The positive effects of sport on the human body are known for decades. Still, there are limit points when it is beneficial to humans and sport and when not. In the case of endurance athletes, however, the situation is much more complicated, because their physiology is due to the often repetitive fixed load and considerable extent modified. Determine whether the raises the burden during the cross-country performance for 100 km competition lead to immunological and physiological changes on the organism of athletes , was the aim of our study. In this work 22 selected hematological, immunological and biochemical parameters were ranked and inflammatory reactions in the body, or tissue damage was followed.
