| Description | The second edition of the textbooks of family law is based on the recodification of private law or the first amendment of the new Civil Code. The first part is focused on general issues of family law, individual rights and their protection, on principles and their balancing etc. Special attention is paid to new concepts such as legal capacity, household, family household and its usual and basic facilities etc. The key part of the textbook is divided into other parts devoted in particular to marriage and other forms of cohabitation, to parents and children, foster and otehr care, including its public aspects. Finally, it included the passage devoted to the Europeanisation of family law. |
