| Description | The ELISA method was used to determine the level of IgA in saliva in the examination of athletes for influencing the immune system during exercise. The results of the survey of several dozen samples obtained from athletes were shown in the paper. The assembled ELISA method has proven to be the correct detection method to detect the amount of mucosal IgA in saliva. |
