| Description | The provision of § 1418 of the Civil Code contains a special regulation of the authority of the court to reduce the compensation for damages. The aim of this article is to define its relationship to the general provision of § 2953 of the Civil Code and to determine the preconditions for its application, especially with regard to personal scope of application of this provision, ground for the obligation to pay damages, the possibility of claiming non-pecuniary damage and the degree of fault. |
