| Description | In the squeeze-out procedure, expert opinions play one of the crucial roles. Experts frequently use, among others, interval evaluation of shares. This article discusses the evaluation of shares in the form of intervals and the possibility to view various differences in the evaluation of shares through the „interval“ lenses. This article then also discusses certain general criteria for the purpose of court review of the proportionality of consideration provided during squeeze-out as well as the specific findings of courts in the given area, and offers a possible universal solution for court practice going forward. |
