| Description | The regime of § 188a of the Construction Act regulates exceptions to the general regulation of the conditions for the placement of buildings. Namely, it aims at the possibility of placing the calculated types of buildings in an undeveloped area on the territory of a municipality or a part of the territory of a municipality that does not have a valid zoning plan according to the existing Building Act, or a recognized earlier zoning plan of the municipality, or zoning planning documentation of a residential unit or zone. At the same time, for most of the types of buildings calculated there, the given legal regime binds the passage of their location in an undeveloped area to the approval of the council of the local municipality. |
