| Description | The aim of the work was to analyse the microorganisms in the air duct samples from prefabricated houses in three locations. The presence of bacteria and micromycetes was monitored. DNA was isolated from the collected samples and subsequently subjected to DNA sequencing. The evaluation was carried out with the aim of highlighting organisms that form endospores and organisms potentially causing disease in humans. |
