| Description | The recently passed recodification of the administrative offence regulation led to remove of the category of administrative offenses which could be prosecuted only on request; this has changed the range of persons who are under certain conditions entitled to seek to judicial review of decisions of administrative authorities in matters of administrative offenses. Therefore, the existing case law on active legitimacy of such a person in the administrative offence proceedings cannot be applied anymore. |
